My family has bundled our home and auto insurance with Holbrook Insurance since we switched a couple of years ago. We have been happy with our decision. Jim and his staff have been responsive in providing individual attention for our insurance needs. We feel we're in good, knowledgeable hands!

I have worked with Al Seronick the last 12 or so years, from the time I had my first car. My dad worked with him and he and I have had nothing but exceptional service from Al. He has always gone above and beyond to find me the best deal on vehicle insurance, save me money where he can, and offers great customer service. Recently, he has been in constant communication as I am looking for a new vehicle insurance provider and even offered to go in on his day off to finalize the deal for me. If that doesn't prove superior customer service and guaranteed satisfaction, then I don't know what does. away from Holbrook Insurance Company. I’ve spoken to Paul Gordon and was interested in getting a quote from them. He wasn’t pleasant to work with in the first place. He didn’t want to listen to me; rather he was rushing to end the conversation. After the conversation on Friday, he asked me to e-mail him my information and he will get back to me on Monday. I’ve requested him to send me a receipt confirmation of my e-mail and he never confirmed whether he received my e-mail. I’ve checked the e-mail address and I make sure that I sent the information to the correct address. Since I didn’t hear from Paul I called him and left several messages. He never returned my calls or followed up to my e-mail. I always knew that insurance agents are very pleasant and they are eager to find clients
