Very courteous and helpful! Even when I was changing my policy to another company for financial reasons, he noticed I had messed up the date and would have a lapse in coverage, pointing it out so I could fix that issue and not put my home at risk! Great agent who cares a lot about his customers!

Hing is very responsive - he has answered many questions and explains the purpose of each detail of a policy. I have both my car insurance and homeowners insurance, and previously renters insurance, through them. I would recommend Allstate and for those in the area to work directly with Hing.
