Please be cautious before trusting this office with something as important as an ITIN filing. I went there for one specific reason only: Certified Acceptance Agent assistance for my spouse’s first-time ITIN application so I could avoid mailing his passport. I was not there for general tax preparation. My first concern was professionalism. I had a confirmed appointment for Sunday at 10:00 a.m., arrived on time, and no one was there. While that was not the main issue, it immediately raised concerns about their organization, internal communication, and respect for the client’s time. Even so, I chose to give them another chance and rescheduled for Saturday. At the Saturday appointment, after I had already paid, I asked how the process would work.
