they are alright , in person they are pretty good honestly, but over the phone they are rude and have no patience, second time i got hung up on my face while i was mid talking to whoever i was otp with , kinda disappointed so i made it 2 stars instead of 5

Very disappointing experience. I contacted this office to request a service, and the interaction with the sales staff—specifically Yelena Volkov and Helen Volkoff—was incredibly unprofessional. They were dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in helping me. One of them even hung up on me mid-conversation. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this team.

I've been with them for over 8 years and I have to stay they are the best in town. Very understanding folks who work with you. Renter's insurance prices are great and they stand behind you when you need them.

Unbelievably disgusting experience. I have had an automobile policy with Allstate for a year now. The agent with whom I spoke at this office offered zero assistance when I asked her to update the mileage information for my vehicle. She told me that the main office doesn't want its agents performing that task. I felt as though I had some nerve making such an outrageous request, or even opening the front door and stepping into the office. 🤮

I cant say enough good things about All State. I have been a customer for 6 years. Given me great personal service, always approachable with any situations, treats us fairly and I never felt like I was taken advantage of, calls back promptly, follows through immediately and i feel like it does look out for whats best for me and my family. I would highly recommend!
