How often do you think about how great your insurance office/agent is? Most people don't think about that much. When you work with Heidi Pollock's team at State Farm, you do. Or at least I do. The team is always immediately responsive and very helpful. We have a bunch of personal and business policies, so questions arise all the time. They are always gracious and helpful and awesome. Can't recommend Heidi and the team enough!

We moved to OR from out of state 2 years ago and were looking for an office to handle all of our insurance needs. We were referred to Heidi’s office by a family member. Our initial contact was with Jennifer Steen. Jen was very informative, professional and patient with us while we asked a plethora of questions. We now have homeowners, car and umbrella policies with their office. What has impressed us most, and is quite a positive change from our previous insurance providers, is the way all the employees in Heidi’s office work as a team to make sure all emails and phone calls are answered same day, even when Jen is out of the office. Working with Jenn has been a pleasure.
