This used to be a great agency, but integrity, and responsiveness went out the door with the departure Elizabeth who was one of one of their most respected, and productive agents. Today, the majority of the agents at this place, particularly Jamie Anderson, and Jerri Combs, suffer from antipathy, and if you ask them too many questions, even one question, they are going to cancel you. Its better to work with a different agency that is more interested in helping you with your needs instead of a bunch of snapping insurance sharks.
