I had a ugly fall at HEB on 211 patranco no one help Icall the next day to report it never got a call from that store called risk solutions lvm no one called me back been about a little over a mths thats so embrassing HEB company does't even acknowledge me thier customers i went to the er cause i was in so much pain to my leg and back luckly i was ok went to ER make sure i dont have a fracture and now im with a bill. I work full time and stand on my feet 40 hrs and plus more VERY SAD.

wow! very sad to see others that have had a bad experience with HEB risk department. I guess because they work with legalities and not customer service they lack those skills on working with the public. I got a call from Sandy Elfrez and in my opinion she was very rude and belittling. She didn't express any concern or care for the fall I had resulting in injury. She only kept repeating HEB wasn't liable and that was her only purpose in calling.

I fell in May up by the checkout stations, in someone else’s vomit. No wet floor signs, a young girl behind me yell it out but I was already on the floor, another one yell call maintenance, and the reply was I have 3 times., he shows up mopping me and the floor with a dirty mop. It was totally gross and I was freaked out . She kept saying your sitting in vomit. Nobody helped me up, manager took a statement. They were suppose to call, still waiting. I had to get on the handicap cart to get out the floor. Then nobody offered to carry my groceries or help me to my truck. Total NEGLECT! Still doing physical therapy.

Tripped over boxes left on floor by stockers. Employees did not help me up not did anyone seemed concerned. I'm 77 years old! Was told I would receive a call that AM from risk management. 5 days later no call back. Has changed my whole perception of HEB

3 months ago l had an accident in HEB they call the ambulance and told me the store will be responsible for that accident but after three months only says you don't worry but they don't pay it, l am in risk damage my credit for not to be responsible, l am still waiting to resolve that problem
