Heather Cator: Allstate Insurance

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of insurance agency. Absolutely no communication. No ability to talk to the agent. I’ve been a customer for many years with a perfect record. They changed agency owners from Schmidtke to Cator And it has been a disaster. We have removed all of our insurance from this agency and would caution anyone doing business with them to go somewhere else. Try to get Heather Cator the phone when you suddenly get a bill that you didn’t sign up for, And then you find that your vehicle insurance has been suddenly canceled, even though you paid it in full. And then you can’t find her. They are absolutely the worst and we sent a long narrative to their corporate CEO and officers. Heather thank you for your response. Tara has been the best insurance agent i have ever had. I recently got into a bad accident and Tara had guided me through the whole process with ease. She has answered all my questions professionally, so that I have a better understanding of my claim process, and helped me through the claim. And with any general insurance questions I have had.

A family member of ours switched to the Cator agency and told us how much they saved. We decided it was worth checking into, and we are really glad we did! Chariah was professional, courteous, and very patient with us and all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with our decision, and Allstate is going to save us a lot of money every month.

Think twice before engaging Heather Cator's agency. I sent two emails requesting simple updated policy quotes 5 days ago and I never received a response. I called today, left a message, and never received a return call. I called the national 800# and had the information I wanted in less than 5 minutes. I'm now in the process of switching to a new agent and likely will leave Allstate altogether. If I could leave zero stars I would. Updating my post to inform I have fired Heather Cator as a useless agent.
