They were rude to me when I asked if there were any other companies or policies that would give me a lower rate, and told me this was the “best price I could get due to my age” and basically told me to take it or leave it. I looked myself and got a lower price, with better coverage. They did not even bother looking for me or help me, they didn’t want to. They treated me poorly since I am in my early 20s and didn’t take me seriously. I asked them to look over and help me get more discounts and they acted as if they did not want to help me. I had great experiences when Chris was here but he has since left, I got a woman who was very rude and unprofessional, refused to work with me over the phone and wanted to do everything over email. Chris was rapid in response to my calls and emails, texts - was very easy to communicate with him and accomplish my tasks. He is a solid communicator, obviously technically competent and loves what he is doing and helped me work through coverage options and make just a couple of tweaks that will be quite helpful to me moving forward. Finding this kind of professional service is always a pleasure but even more so in our fast-paced culture, it was nice to be listened to and receive good service.
