Unresponsive to requests, rude employees, give you the lowest rated Doctors. Their social workers and nurse care managers are rude and do nothing to help you, they don't return phone calls. I find them to be more protective of their providers than their patients. Argumentative. And don't even bother to go to their office! The employees there are rude and dismissive of complaints. You will leave there angry and frustrated. A perfect example of the "Peter Principle" at work, where the employees have risen to the the highest level of their incompetence. A huge corporation that literally squeezes out money to patients. They will let you die rather than spend money. A perfect example of why we need health care reform.

We have had a lot of trouble getting through for a sick baby waiting 45 minutes and getting no help pressing 1?and putting in my number plus pound then it repeats I press it in three times. My baby is sick and needs to see a doctor. This is terrible customer service

Although I complainabout them a lot, when I file a complaint they ALWAYS fix things for me and my family. Usually about something not being covered Rx, therapy etc..
