These people have made my life hell over the past year. In 45 years of health coverage, I have never encountered an insurance company with less knowledge, compassion, professionalism, or ability to help. They are truly patients' worst enemies, and fight you every step of the way to get the coverage the state of Oregon has contracted with them to provide. In Jackson County, you do have a choice of insurance providers for OHP. I would highly suggest NOT selecting this one, unless you enjoy hours and hours on the phone begging and pleading with them to do their job.

In the course of a recent Interior Design/Feng Shui project I had the opportunity to spend considerable time at the Jackson Care Connect Office with a number of the staff. I came away with the impression of an organization and staff that are dedicated, hard working, forward thinking, collaborative and who truly care about their clients and each other. Good people doing good work in our community!

Have been calling for months for assistance cover every time a different story why they cover the assistance the central Ave office apparently have no phone to contact them and the main number doesn't know what they do at that office they are don't return calls they unaccessible to people who can not leave the house worst communication skills ever

This insurance is a friggin joke,causing me to move to a state whi the insurance company knows what in the hell they are doing

They don’t care about people. It’s all about money.
