INITIALLY, Excellent service, dealt with Barry, who explained things with patience, very happy with experience! Unfortunately that experience changed when I expressed I was very unhappy with my plan. Although, promised a return call after some research, I never received one. Also received some BAD information about whether or not I could change plans.
My husband and I are very happy with the plans that Barry said would be best for us. He was right our plans are great! We highly recommend Healthcare Associates!
