Once one of the greatest insurance companies in America with great customer service. I have been with company more than 25 years and I have watch it go from great to bad. It now takes up to 48 hours to call you back only you find out they not sure what they are talking about. Waiting another 48 hours for the under writer to respond to a simple request.

We transferred all of our insurance to Heacock (auto, homeowners, umbrella liability, etc.) several years ago and have been extremely pleased with the coverage and service. We are especially grateful to our agent for placing our homeowners policy with Tower Hill. Our home incurred substantial damage after it flooded due to a plumbing issue. The claims related to it were paid promptly and fairly with the adjuster always available for any questions. I highly recommend Heacock for all of your insurance needs.

Switched from Hagerty to Heacock about 13 years ago on collector cars and race cars. Always a pleasure to run into Pete at races and events; the nicest guy on the planet and their star customer service rep. As far as their claim service? As a Porsche enthusiast who actually WATCHED my 911 being stolen right in front of me I can attest to the honest and caring way they handled my claim. I have NEVER dealt with an insurance co that has such personalized service.

absolutely ridiculous wasted my time said my age wasn't an issue then last minute pulled the pull because of my age i have 8 years of driving experience but i'm a valet supervisor who drives all day. they wasted a lot of time and became very condescending.
