I would highly recommend Hayward Brown. Tyler in particular, was awesome. I was a bit fraught and operating in a very little time frame when I reached out to him. Tyler took his time in making sure I understood all of my choices. He was very patient and his confidence in how he spoke about insurance was a deep comfort. I hadn't had luck elsewhere so I was quite relieved when I walked away from the situation with a lot better of an understanding. I now feel confident going in to open enrollment with more ease. I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. Tyler was extremely helpful with health insurance plans. He is very knowledgeable on all different plans, doesn't rush, explains everything pretty simple and also helps find doctors. He will discuss  your needs and go over all your questions you may have. I would highly recommend him.
