I have been there for 15 years and once Bruce left it to his kid it went down hill fast the kid has no respect wh when he talks to you so i took all my stuff and went to Farmers and surance here in Lima the cars were changed in November without any problems then our bikes we tryed to change in February and once again With farmers add a lower rate Bruce Hays's ever gave us but we contacted Teresa we always have dealt with and was in contact the whole time we never had our insurance On automatic Withdrawal but now they put it through and over drew my bank so we got it figured out and got it reversed but a 47 dollar over charge and I asked if they were going to pay it and he strait called me a lier I never cancelled anything and hung up on me that's the last thing you should do for a 1
