Harvey Pallets Shipping and Receiving

Truck 9833 is a terrible driver. Pushed us out of our lane, doesn’t use blinker when merging. Terribly unsafe and rude.

This place deserves -5 starts!! They load in 5-6 hours!!

They loaded my flatbed pretty quick. Just make sure you get on 139th using Western Ave not Thornton Rd. Otherwise you might get stuck waiting on the train to clear the tracks like I did and they can take their sweet time if they decide to stop.

Would give this place minus 2 stars if I could. Arrived at 13:00 was told they couldn't unload me, they had NO ROOM for my load of pallets. Called the broker for assistance. They made some? effort but it did no good. Meanwhile they were unloading other trucks that came in after me. Broker finally said they were getting a different receiver facility for me. I still had no confirmation from broker, and was scheduled to pick another load at 05:30 the next morning. Finally at 19:40 I went in and raised H____ told them if they could unload others and then load some trucks they had certainly made room enough to unload my truck. It's 19:50 hrs. now and I'm moving to a dock. We'll see how long it takes to unload.

This place sucks… Not a lot of space to maneuver because it’s overcrowded with in/out truck traffic! They’re extremely slow to unload u been here 5 hrs And counting they go on 30 minute break at 2pm than shift change at 4pm So one crew started And second shift is continuing the unloading process And plz remember these are just pallets!!
