This company service has declined drastically. The employees are friendly but untrustworthy. They make promises they don't keep. They are unreliable and inconsiderate. They had five days to select a plan for my 81 year old mom before open enrollment ended. I called them every other day for status. I was told an agent would call me back, that never happened. Now she's stuck with expensive premiums, which could have been avoided. If they were to busy to enroll her, they should have given me the option.
Sierra is always kind and helpful in her communications with me. This is a great agency to do business with. 5 stars all the way!
My agent is great I had questions about my insurance and she was great answering my questions
These people are awesome got our insurance for a sensational price and saved us thousands
