Last year we bought a new a/c for our house from Dog House. Nick did a great job of installing it and setting it up. When it didn’t function properly this summer, Nick promptly spotted the problem and ordered a new part. When it arrived, it was the wrong capacity and, again, Nick diagnosed the problem, driving to Portland to get the right part and then installing it. He is a skilled technician and a pleasure to work with. He fully deserves a five star review, as well as the staff at Dog House with whom we’ve also worked.
