The way customer service should be! We don’t need our insurance agents until we need them. Yesterday i needed help ASAP I had a situation where my sons auto policy had payment issues and was cancelled. This was written by another agency and should have never gotten to that point! Mary jo at Hannon and Murphy who is in charge of ALL my business insurance needs jumped and I say jumped into action. In the process she found his license had not been renewed. She worked on it late into afternoon and finished it up at home. Before the night was over he has his license renewed and a new great auto policy Fully paid for and active. This year’s home insurance was higher than we wanted it to be. After checking with other companies we decided to call our agent, Lisa, at Hannon-Murphy, to see if we could find a way we could work this out to everyone’s benefit. After a few phone calls and much back and forth, we were able to do this.

Both ladies working at the office are friendly, very helpful , very knowledgeable, every time I stop in there they're smiling and have good things to say,... and free candy and calendars, helpful Notepads for keeping records of travel and all that as you're in your car... very helpful in getting the best deal for car insurance and home insurance for me..... sometimes a friendly call to remind me to get in there and pay a bill, knowing I am very busy person...A good local business with a good location. Give them a call for comparing rates to yours, you could be very surprised.!!
