Absolutely fantastic experience! I know, right? For an insurance company? Yep. Amanda Jackson was incredibly friendly, super helpful, and amazingly prompt. She made this confusing process (for me) easy to understand and even easier to implement. I drive a classic car as my daily driver and she was able to find the policy that fit my needs perfectly, even better than the previous policy I had in a different state. Very on the ball service & follow up with any questions I had., That was January 2024 . unfortunately when renewal came up with no claims premium when up $1000.00 angelia said she would get other quotes but not a word from her . I' was neighbors with owners Gary & Wendy for 30 yrs when they ran agency and this wasn't there practice .I wouldn't give this agent no more than a two for her service! Very unhappy with service

Lovely Staff from Lynzy to Becky. Had all of my questions answered quickly and efficiently. The staff are so easy to talk to, understanding of my ignorance, and you can genuinely hear the smile as they talk to you. Seems like a great place to work.
