Hancock Claims Consultants

Wow - Hancock took over 45 pictures and sent my Allstate adjustor about 10 photos, one of them being just of my house. My roofer was absolutely astonished to hear what Allstate would cover. He was so shocked, he drove to my house immediately after to prove I need a new roof, not just a shingle here and there like the claims consultant suggested. Now I have to deal with disputing Allstate and has become more of a problem than it needs to be.

I have had several inspections performed by Hancock in the St. louis area more than 10 in the last month. I have found them prompt, Courteous , knowledgeable and Honest. they tell it like it is and back it up with detailed photos. Not phots of thing that aren't hail damage. I will engage their services with out question in the future. I am an Independent Adjuster.

Looks like they were hired to make insurance company deny a claim! In this case it was allstate. Had to reschedule 4 times, because they said they didnt have a ladder tall enough (same reason everytime). And the fifth times they said that the damage done to my house was due to the window, not to the roofs, despite all the proofs by my roofers. What a waste of time.

Showed up to do a roof inspection. 10 minutes later he got in his truck and sat for 5 mins. He was on my property a total of 15 minutes. 10 minutes to inspect a roof for hail damage. Very unsatisfied

Tyler the technician was terrible. i waited for 2 hours and he no call no showed me. come to find out he came early to avoid having my roofer present and wouldn't answer his phone that day the next day was rude on the phone.
