I am so impressed with the customer service I received at this company. Farhad Hanasab has made my life so much easier guiding me choosing the best Insurance company. I highly recommend this company 10/10.

I am writing this review to describe the horrid treatment I received from Jennie Wang, the senior vice president of this company. After moving from Fresno, California, to Arizona in mid-August of this year, I phoned Jennie to switch my insurance over to my new address. Jennie responds by saying that rates at my Arizona address are higher than they are at my California address, and in order to switch over, I would have to pay a higher premium. Given that the premium was no longer competitive, I asked to cancel my insurance with Hanasab and requested a prorated refund, to which Jennie said that was possible. These people don't know what they're doing. Many times my homes were left without insurance coverage because they would not have the bill prepared for the respective mortgage company.
