Hamrick Insurance Associates with Acentria Insurance

Buying insurance can be daunting. We had Hamrick review our insurance policies when it came time for renewals. They were able to get us great coverage at a better price. We are fortunate to have the agent we are with now. We only have to call for information on our policies and Melissa can answer all our questions. She has made everything simple and easy.

Our company has used Hamrick Insurance for all our insurance needs including Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers Comp & Home Insurance for over 7 years. It did not start that way, as I was using another company in Tallahassee, but from the first time I walked in their doors they treated us with the uttermost respect and went out of their way to earn our business. After the first year, I asked them to shop our other policies and they saved us several thousand in premiums. From there it was an easy switch and have been happy ever since. Great rates and great client service is why I would recommend them to others.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They did not inform me of important forms that needed to be filed for my insurance. This "oversight" on their part resulted in my having to pay an additional $735 of premium. Do not do business with this company. They have no idea what they are doing.
