She went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me get the refund. Even though I was no longer a client of their, Yvette was frequently updating on the status via phone and text, though she did not have to. What a great staff member Guy has in Yvette, Never had to talk to Guy but Yvette handled everything ! and I mean Everything. If you need any kind of insurance you can't go wrong by working with these people. I saved around $600 give or take on my auto insurance and next year we'll look at bundling the Home/Auto and maybe save more.
