Gustavo Aguirre: Allstate Insurance

This insurance company was the worst, they have hidden fees and even over charged me when I opened a policy with them. They than told me I would be credited the difference on my next bill. However my rate kept going up for added coverage I never even asked for. I cancelled my policy before next bill date and still got sent a bill. When I called, they told me I didn't have a balance but yet got a bill from a debt collector. They just want your money. Your better off with State Farm or Farmers. Don't go to Allstate!

Thought I was getting a good deal by going to All-State insurance and leaving my insurance, but just found out that was a bad decision started paying 163.43 and then jumped up ot 345.79 😔 😟 don't and won't recommend them to family or friends. They don't really care for their customers or empathize that every thing is so expensive now Mr. Gustavo be realistic. I'm pretty sure you don't even pay that much for auto insurance. You can checkout my drive wise I did everything I was ask and hardly even drive my car. Wish you well.

It's great company, I always feel like I'm in good hands, the staff are very friendly and care about trying to help you , I have had insurance from them for 18 years , I have insured my house and my vehicles, and I have alot trust in them.
