I've had a policy/policies with Melissa at Gulf to Atlantic over the past few years. If you have an issue, Melissa is almost impossible to reach via phone, text or email, and if you do get in touch with her, she does not follow up. If you call the "office" number, nobody answers and nobody returns your calls. In my opinion, this is an extremely unprofessional business.
