Tried to sign up for insurance but had to call multiple times to follow up with no call back to sign up. Not sure if the receptionist is new, but she could use some training.

They've provided good rates, but lately the response time with emails, phone calls, text are not good. I'm seeing several comments about lack of communication and it's accurate. They are good people and effective rates, but if you need something changed, expect to followup on your own.
