Michelle is the best. My storage unit decided everyone had to have insurance on the unit and if you didn't provide proof, they had already signed you up for $9 a month.--that's a whole other story. But contacted Michelle, sent her the notice, and she took care of it within an hour. I have been doing business with her for over 30 years. And have never had any problems with her, she always goes the extra mile every time. She's been amazing with me and all my adult (and when they weren't so adult) children. Highly recommend if you want the personal customer service.

I called Michelle after my wife was in a car accident in which our vehicle was totaled. She immediately filed a claim for me and got the process going. She explained what I needed to do and was always there to respond to any questions that I had. Michelle had the knowledge and foresight to have included a full replacement Rider on my vehicle which in this circumstance was a tremendous benefit!
