I have been with this company for over 10 years 51 claim during the hurricane and was told my policy would not go up in it did which I understand but when I called to discuss it the new owner was very rude and very unprofessional with no good reason would not recommend to anyone!

BEWRE!! Unfortunately, this is no longer Davidson Insurance. Kathy and Libby were so kind. Now the new owner, Tim Groves has completely eroded any customer service that used to exist. He is one of the rudest, most unprofessional agents I have ever encountered. He was totally unwilling to help as my agent during a homeowners claim and made me feel like I was bothering him when I had questions about the process. INot one time did he ever advocate to keep my business And actually after refusing to help me someone in his office called to try to do an auto coverage review. This isn’t an Erie problem it’s a Groves Insurance problem.

I have been with them for many years. They are just a call away from helping me with many things insurance related. They seem to be the best choice for local help where you can ask anything anytime.

Groves insurance go the extra Mike for their customers. The office is very clean.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. If you have a question about your insurance or future insurance they get back to you in a timely manner. Great insurance rates. Thank you Mrs. Libby for helping me out with my situation. You had me an answer within 10 minutes.

Worse customer service experience ever, Timothy was so rude and extremely unprofessional.
