Susan has be great I have call her several times unfortunately got a new car well new to me from a dealer (ticket to ride ) I had to...sorry don't go there . Anyway I need a few tows a few jumps I call sur she explained each step I need to take to get help .latelly diff car it was vandalized smashed out windows and I had a significant loss stolen from the car she guided me thru renters insurance claim for the stolen items and also safelite for my windows presently I still waiting on the back window to arrive it's it's been 2 plus weeks so Friday I call Susan inquiring about the possibility of a rent a car so once again she came thru sent me an email of the info I would need to get a rent a car and now just waiting for that call stating all is a go pick up the rental car .

Susan was always available and helpful. She was honest when it was for my benefit and not the business.
