My experience today was absolutely 100% easy & fast. Manny took very well care of me. He was very patient with me even though we had Internet problems. He was very apologetic for the time of having to put me on hold which was understandable these things happen, but I am very satisfied with the quote that he gave me. It’s a lot cheaper than what I did have. He helped me switch over immediately. I am now covered with State Farm and a very happy customer. Greg has been an excellent agent for my family. A little over a year ago I switched from my previous agent (who I had been with for over 15 years). Greg made the switch super easy. His ability to answer my questions and help me with every detail is very refreshing. We’ve had multiple changes with adding and selling cars over the past year and working with Greg’s team is effortless for me. When I have policy questions, he’s always responsive and gets me the answers I need immediately. We are very pleased!!

Today I spoke to Jada who took my information and referred me to Manny who patiently provided me with the detailed policy information I needed. He then forwarded it to my email. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind about my insurance at 5pm on a Friday afternoon! Wish all companies had this kind of professional, personal customer service! Really appreciate State Farm!!!

The biggest kudos and shout out to my personal opinion best Agent, Faith Lakin- Jacobs. She is a wealth of knowledge and definitely looks out for the best interest of her customers. I went in not having a lot of information about a situation and she worked with me to find a better insurance through them. The best part she made it seamless all the way to the DMV. Good morning! You know when you do a inquiry on insurance online. You start to receive a bunch of phone calls from insurance firms to give you a quote. That is the part I hate. Second phone call from insurance firm was Manny. He had excellent customer service skills. Very helpful. And I was no longer dreading the phone call I was very happy with his service. I am now a State farm customer.
