I switched to this agency based on a referral from a friend. Greg did save me $500 or so on my home owners policy, but with the deductible going to over $11,000! It would have been nice to have been told this before I switched. Then I had a claim after a storm, AMFAM did everything they could not to pay the claim. I have contacted the Georgia Insurance Commissioner to resolve the claim. Do not under any circumstances do business with this guy or AMFAM. Neither can be trusted.

I’ve been a client of American Family Insurance since 2021 and, until recently, found my agent Greg to be generally acceptable.
