Gregory & Appel Insurance

Had been customers of Gregory & Appel for several years as homeowners, auto, Insurance agents etc, but out of the blue this year we were transferred to another agency even farther away and more inconvenient with NO communication for G&A. I guess they have decided to eliminate their small customers. Stay away, we had poor customer service and never knew who are agent was as it changed all the time with each communication.

They have a terrible turnover rate so every time you call it will be a different person. Non the less they are nice people but it gets challenging operating my business with them. Would not recommend

We typically don’t write reviews however the way Ms Sable Rivers treated my wife and I is unacceptable. In this review we will express our dissatisfaction with a recent customer service interaction we had with Sable Rivers. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. During our communication, Ms. Rivers appeared preoccupied and was notably abrupt and rude in her responses. Regrettably, she did not seem willing to discuss our insurance situation, leaving us with a negative impression of your company. Moreover, she repeatedly stated that she was not the appropriate person to address our concerns. This encounter has left us with reservations about continuing our business relationship with your company. We believe it is imperative for Ms. Rivers to undergo additional training

I was in my first very serious car accident that caused me to lose my car and have lots of unexpected medical expenses. Gregory & Appel was so quick to respond to me after my accident and gave me such exceptional care. Every employee I worked with knew all about my case and always had answers for my questions. What I appreciated most was that while helping me throughout my claims they educated me and explained things in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Gregory & Appel to anyone looking for insurance coverage!

Brad Loheide is honest and upfront!! I would recommend him to anyone! If he cannot help you he will find someone that can... That type of service is hard to find!
