This is my neighborhood insurance agent and everyone in this office is very kind and professional. I have been a client of Greg Nunn's office for one form of insurance or another for almost two decades and I'm extremely satisfied. Currently I have renters and very nice automobile insurance for an extremely reasonable rate. My family lives in Iowa and they also are all State Farm clients. it has been nice getting equally good service here as my family got there.

Fantastic customer service! Eleanor is great to work with and very efficient. She quoted and got me signed up for the 4 different policies I needed in just a couple days. Rates are low and reasonable!

Today I had an amazing customer experience with Eleanor from the office of Greg Nunn, my agent from State Farm Insurance. He and his team are professional, very skilled and driven to find solutions for their customers. For years, I have had all of my insurance needs fulfilled through their office. Today, Eleanor helped unravel a difficult claim, which included two third-party service providers, each with separate billing for their part of the service for the claim. Not only did she solve the complexity, she personally jumped in to navigate between all of us and aim for resolution and completion quickly. Greg and his team are amazing. I mostly work with Taylor who responds to my emails or calls with lightning speed. They also showed great compassion when my husband was diagnosed with cancer and helped us sort our coverage needs through that major life change. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
