Greenspoint Insurance - San Juan

I've always had great experiences with Greenspoint and recently while I was out of town I needed my insurance info and even though Abby was out of the office she dropped everything to help me out ,talk about world class service!! I'd recommended them to everyone, ask for Abby!

I switched over to Greenspoint Insurance about a year ago, I had been using statefarm for years, and it was the best decision I have made regarding my insurance. Having to call a call center or my agent putting me on hold when I had simple questions was so annoying. Statefarm had price increases every 6 months, they wouldn't even notify me about. Since being with Greenspoint, they have given me GREAT customer service. I am able to contact my agent and get everything I need explained! I now have my home and auto insurance with them and couldn't be happier! They have the best rates with the most coverage.

I'd recommend Greenspoint Insurance and Abby Flores to anyone looking for excellent service!! Abby displayed the utmost professionalism and attention to detail while assisting me with my claim!!
