Back in December 2024 I hauled some avocados for this brokerage company. The load was rejected due to the fact of high temperature so this company has issue a claim to my insurance company. I cooperated with the insurance company emailed them all documentations that was needed today is February 19, 2025 issued two freight guard on my MC indicating that I’m not being cooperating with my insurance company, my adjuster from my insurance company indicated that they were going to reject this load My reefer / refrigerator Shows no evidence suffering from any mechanical issues or breakdown issues because I provided them a reefer download that shows temperature and how the reefer was running on that particular day this company is unprofessional. I have all emails and documentations
