We had a very positive experience with Great Northwest Insurance (GNI). We had a relative pass away that had their home insured with GNI. In order to be able to sell the house, the roof needed to be replaced. We filed the claim with GNI. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently - hassle free. Everyone with GNI was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Great Northwest Insurance Co.

I have so much more damage cost than what was given. My whole north back and east side o my house has so much hail damage to my brand new Siding, trim and gutters and they sent me a check for $16k. I know u hold some back when finished but I was told this was about $30,000 to $40,000 worth of damage. Some of the damage is the older Siding which was not even considered. I have paid $75,000 for my Siding. Then I have 3 windows broke that was included in the check. I don't understand.

I’ve never heard of an insurance company dropping you because of too many claims. 3 in 5 years and being dropped. New roof, flooded house, and a theft. Makes sense.

Their prices are definitely not competitive. I’ve gone up over $4000 in three years without ever having a claim I shopped around and found Insurance with everything being the same for close to $4000 cheaper than what this company is.

This is the first time contacting in 3 years, called 5 different times and I finally got an extension to answer, transferred me to a different agent because I was looking to add to my policy, and then immediately hung up the phone. Now waiting for a call back. So far HORRIBLE service.
