If I could give negative stars I would absolutely give this insurance company -5 stars! I have never been jerked around and lied to and ignored as much as I have by the claims representative Jessica Case. She did nothing close to doing her job of investigating my claim fairly. From the very first time I spoke with Jessica she made it very clear that she wasn’t going to approve my claim and just spent over 6 months lying to me pretending to give a dang about my experience of having my car destroyed in transport by the motor carrier. I was left with an inoperable vehicle for over 6 months while she had zero intentions of ever helping me get my claim resolved and my car fixed. Predatory practices, we have multiple equipment loans with Amur equipment and Great American insurance group handles the insurance submittals on behalf of Amur equipment. They continue to reject all COI submittal as a way to charge insurance fees onto the customers. Their scheme is to reject an insurance COI to place their insurance claim on behalf of the customer. Because of their predatory practices, we will never use Amur equipment for any of our equipment loans.
