Amended: They did the right thing in the end, but it required super-human effort. Prior Review: Horrible, just horrible. These folks shouldn't be in the insurance business. I was told to sue their insured. Ridiculous. I'll remove this review if im in error.

Attention TEACHERS, I had a very poor experience with this company and their lack of respect for customers. That would be Tracey who works in the office. The supervisor, Jay Meeks, does not respect the law. He says this company does not acknowledge Powers of Attorney. He thinks his company is above the law. I do NOT recommend them to teachers or anyone looking to purchase products from this company. No respect for the law/no respect for customers.
