To Ms. Kim! I pray that your employer knows just how lucky they are to have such a joyful employee! I am not even your customer and you took the time to help me in my distress, and it was even 15 prior to your office closing! Your were so kind and radiate happiness through phone! The company I am currently with, seems to be annoyed as soon as they answer the phone, and speak as if I am ignorant, and it’s been that way for a long time! With that, I am happy to say that I will be switching my insurance rep as soon as it is time for my renewal! The insurance world needs more of you!!

When I showed him my quote from what I had on line he did not want to honor it, two different quotes you're both representing Progressive Insurance what's the different ones online you're in person and I just had questions and he didn't want to honor the quote that they gave me so I just left so I'm going to go back and do it all back online

Kim is awesome. If it wasn't for her I'm not sure I I would stay there.
