We can all relate to issues we may face with insurance companies. Well I know for a fact I never have to worry about them with Grapeville as my agent. Ken Manning is hands down the best agent I've worked with and is a standard for customer service that more companies should follow. I would recommend these good folks to anyone.

Cons: To start, the entrance has a deep sewage drain? (Idk exactly what it is, but it's deep). I damaged the front lip of my car because it was hidden by the snow. There SHOULD be signage as a warning, there's plenty of cars in the area lower to the ground than mine. When I told the agent (didn't catch her name), she didn't bat an eye or offer to amend the situation. I had a brief conversation with the agent, when I told her my driving history (no accidents, 1 minor ticket, years driving), and the fact that I had 2 sports cars, she assured me the outrageous amount that I was paying through Progressive was normal. UPDATE: 9 months later and switching all our policies to Grapeville has been the best decision we could've made. We've gotten married, added and dropped vehicles over the past 9 months and every single change we've made has been SO EASY.
