I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been with Geico for years, and will be canceling. They are constantly going up in prices without any warning or reasoning. When I call they give a bullshit excuse of “because the people without insurance on the roads are more liable so we have to raise everyone’s to cover them”. I’m never late on a bill, no points or wrecks so my bill should not be going up!!? Over $200 for the BARE MINIMUM insurance?! No thanks. They’re just money hungry, and frankly they just suck.

I’ve been a loyal Geico customer for years, and I’m extremely disappointed. My insurance premium keeps going up every six months, with no explanation or relief. Despite having no major changes or claims, my rate continues to increase. This has been a frustrating and unfair experience. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for coverage.

I didn’t know that buying car insurance could be this easy or this cheap. I hopped on Ed’s phone just rambling because I was so anxious. Ed was deliberate and super professional at calming me down and making me know that I was in a good place. We had good conversation, he got me a great rate and he saved me some money in the process by reviewing all the fine details. Recommending him to all my friends.
