Grant Galliford: Allstate Insurance

I have been a loyal customer of Grant Gilliford for the past seven years, insuring all my vehicles and holding renters insurance for four years. Recently, I contacted your office to initiate a homeowners policy, only to discover a billing issue that stemmed from an error made by one of your customer service representatives. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, the representative asserted that the issue was due to my failure to follow up on canceling a policy I had requested to be canceled due to an ending lease. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by the way this situation was handled. At the very least, a courtesy waiver could have been offered, but instead, it seemed the representative was more focused on deflecting responsibility. I went ahead and paid the outstand

I called this agency looking for a rush job to secure five kinds of insurance (no kidding) that the company who asked me to fill in at the last minute were stipulating that I would buy. Senior Sales Rep Ana Oviedo attended to my request with professionalism, courtesy, and such a quick turnaround it almost gave me whiplash. Although the company later recanted their request, I remain very grateful for the way that Ana handled this request. She said she would make my request a priority and she did.

This guy is a joke. We moved here 3 years ago and were referred by an existing customer and Grant did a phenomenal job. And then literally fell off the map. Our insurance has tripled over the last 3 years (with ZERO claims) Grant refuses to call back and his office always makes excuses for him about oh how he's so busy and he doesn't control the rates. Think I'm not busy too? Zero customer service. Stay away from these people they're just going to rip you off.

My Agent That has been helping me is Ana. She is very responsive helps you with anything you need help on. She’s Very patience and such a delighted person. She makes sure to give you the best deal. I definitely recommend Her and the agency.

I drove in to get 2 sausage biscuits . But they did not have any . Was not happy .
