We operate a tree service and a crane company in central NC. After talking with Greg and the Granite team in late 2024 we decided to switch from our long time agency to Granite. So glad we did! Not only did Greg explore some new options in policy structures that saved us thousands per year, they also provide a much more personal customer service experience than some of the big box agencies. They are always quick to update on any policy/claim issues and will also check in from time to time to make sure things are going well from our end. I would highly recommend Granite to anybody in the service industry looking to get a good deal on legitimate commercial insurance policies tailored to their company’s needs.

Used Granite Insurance Company for many many years. Just found out that my homeowners insurance is not going to be renewed. No one at Geanite Ins Agency contacted me about this. Had to contact them. Then found out the person that was my agent for as long as I have been with them, is no longer my agent there. I have been assigned a new agent. Was never made aware of this. Was told they could not find me another carrier with them. I would not recommend these people. They have changed drastically. The reason for not renewing is because I had filed some claims. Is that not why you have insurance?
