⭐ 1 Star – Worst Insurance Experience Ever I had the worst experience with Granada Insurance Company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and the claims process is beyond frustrating. It took them over two months just to tell me that they would not cover my insurance claim. During that entire time, I received little to no communication and no sense of urgency at all. I run a pressure washing business, and during a job there was bleach overspray and overspill that affected a neighbor’s property. It burned their grass and left bleach spots on their vehicle. Paid my business liability in full. Over $1100 ....two months later they cancel me...over an inspection that I had no clue was required....no text no email no regular mail requests. Just 1-800 calls that I refuse to answer because I thought it was solicitors... This company communications are beyond terrible...now I have to pay another $1100 for insurance I already paid for..I'm sure the Florida state board of insurance will be interested in my story..don't do business with this unprofessional company..

Granada Insurance is hands down the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They don’t just steal your hard-earned money—they make it a mission to deceive and cheat their customers at every turn. When I decided to cancel my policy halfway through the month, they promised me a refund for the unused days. Guess what? I never received a dime! They kept me waiting for two agonizing months, lying about when I would get my refund. They even had the audacity to let my policy run for the entire month after I had canceled it weeks before.
