I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have been contacting InShare (which says it’s working on behalf of Granada) for months to file a claim. We had an Amazon driver drive across our front yard and were passed to InShare/Granada from Amazon to handle the claim for the damage to our yard. Even though I have PHOTOS of the incident they emailed me three months after filing the claim that I can’t prove this is one of their drivers. I gave the Amazon order that was delivered and photo evidence of this incident. On top Of that the do not respond to any correspondence to the claims. This place has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They were too chicken to call me back and sent me some lame email to tell me they wouldn’t acknowledge the claim and when I called the representative a few
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible response time. Horrible employee attitude. This company should be closed
