Graber insurance is a worthless insurance company, my boyfriend tried to get a quote for homeowners insurance through them, and they never contacted us back, I guess they really don't want people's business, then he stopped at the graber insurance in Decatur to try to get a quote face-to-face and they refused to. So they sent all the paperwork to the Berne office and 3 weeks down the road never heard anything back from them. I would have gave this company zero stars but I had to give at least 1 star so I could write this review.
