Apparently my policy was sold to Timothy Leyden, without my knowledge. He did nothing to inform me of this. I discovered it when I was in dire need of help and he was none. He continued to be no help during the time my policy was with him. I tried to move to someone else in Goosehead and was told I could not do so since he had purchased my policy. I find this highly unethical! I had to leave Goosehead entirely and they made an error with the refund. As was the case the entire time he was my agent, Tim has been absolutely no help in resolving the matter. Not only do I suggest you avoid working with Tim, I would avoid Goosehead entirely because I look for an agent who is there to help you when you're in need and that is 100% NOT Tim.
Tim is always available for me and fast to respond. He saved me almost 3K for my renewal of our Auto policy this year. Highly recommended
