Goosehead Insurance - Thomas Steed

I am sorry for this and I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but they have left me with no choice. Three months ago, I was in the process of buying a secondary home and decided not to go through with it. Parker Taylor was the agent helping us set up our home insurance with Mercury and he told me he was going to cancel the policy once I opted out of purchasing the property. Three months later and Mercury still says I owe for a property I never purchased. I talked to him multiple times initially and each time he said he was going to look into it and still nothing. Two weeks ago he said he would have an answer for me later that day or the next day and I never received an update. I'm currently trying to switch my primary home and auto insurance to Mercury and now have an issue with the policy

Not happy with the service and would not recommend their services to any one.
