Goosehead Insurance - Scott Hanika

Scott was very nice but didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I was looking to switch insurance companies pretty urgently due to refinance and it took him 3 days to get me a quote and only because I had to send a follow up email. Most agents can get you a quote in minutes. Just for him to tell me the companies he deals with won't cover me because I own a 1 ft baby King snake. Lol, any good insurance agent would have found a way to close the deal especially with something that petty. I was referred by the mortgage company but I was not impressed and would not recommend

If I could give zero starts I would. Goosehead insurance is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Impossible to get ahold of. Not knowledgeable. Unprofessional and not worth it to save a few dollars. Thank God I never had to place a claim while they pathetically Insured me for a year. Never again would I use this company. Buyers beware.
